Cartes à un dollar.com is a website made for graphic industry professionnals. The account creation process is needed to validate your enterprise's inscription.

It is possible to cancel an order if the manufacturing process has not started. However there will be fees associated with this.

Contact us as soon as possible via telephone and confirm that you want to cancel your order. You will receive an email confirmation with the status of the job and if is is possible to cancel the order and the associated fees, if applicable.

If the manufacturing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled and will be delivered to you.

We print your files AS IS. It is imperative that you verify your files before validating your order. Please recheck images, colors and any text that is on your artwork.

No refund or credit can be given.

PDF: Our preferred file format for printing, made from Illustrator or InDesign. Specs: PDF standard PDF/X-4, CMYK space, with 0,125" bleed and trim marks. Effective image resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

Other files formats can be accepted without any warranty on printing results.

Please make sure that any file you send have the CMYK color space, that the final document dimension is with bleed, that all images are embedded and have an effective resolution of at least 300 dpi, and that the fonts have been converted to outlines. When submitting an InDesign file, please send a complete package with images and fonts or convert text to outlines inside the document.

Other files formats accepted when PDF is not possible: EPS/Illustrator, EPS/Photoshop, JPEG, AI, InDesign.

When you're placing an order, if the product you need is not available, please use the Request a quote link in the site's menu.

Quotes are processed within 24 to 48 hours

Depending on the selected options, some additionnal steps can be added to the manufacturing process and affect the price.

To assure you that you will get the best possible quality, the quantity and production time will change according to the selected options.

The cutoff time for file reception is 11 AM.

Most orders can be completed in 4-5 business days. Please check on the corresponding product page to confirm the production time.

If you need a fixed delivery date, you have to request a quote. The production time is estimated and the delivery date displayed is not guaranteed.

An order that the production time is 4-5 business days will be available for pickup the next business day or will be processed for shipping the day after.

Please note that business days are all calendars days except holidays and weekends.

PayPal and credit cards are the only options right now to pay for your order.

When completing your order, you will be asked to pay via Paypal. Paypal accepts most credit cards and you do not have to create a Paypal account to use one to pay for your order.

We don't do refunds. We only credit the account. Please contact us at support@cartesadundollar.com for any question.

We do not offer this service. We are not able to process customers transport papers and you cannot send them to us.
